Having studied various degrees over a 5 year period at Glyndwr University, Deeside and Northop college in between work, Gareth's knowledge and experience reflects the work he delivers and this is what separates NorthHort from the rest.

Within your Client Hub, the online booking system allows you to request new work with a click of a button, order products and much more, giving you one less thing to worry about.

Our smart automated text messaging system will notify you as soon as one of our employees are on route, and whats more you can track the progress and see who will be coming every time via the client hub with our route planning systems.
Scheduling and Dispatching
From your request to booking in, scheduling and dispatching is done in seconds. Creating a job and assigning in just a few clicks from the office to the field ensuring we never miss a visit. Furthermore, our scheduling and dispatching system allows you to choose your preferred day, preferred time and access to view your scheduled visits for the year.
And in the event of an emergency, with your online portal, we are available 24/7 to receive your requests, dispatch and resolve.
Job Card
After each job is complete, you will receive a detailed breakdown of the works completed, who visited, what time, before and after photos, customer and operative sign off and a detailed description of works completed sent instantly for your records. All notes, attachments, previous invoices, quotations and much much more available at the tip of your fingers.
